FRAUD: ISHERI-OLOFIN INSIDE IDIMU KINGDOM (With Forged Document)
INSECURITY & INJUSTICE: Needs Federal Government intervention!

OPEN LETTER TO MR. PRESIDENT ON OUR Controversies – Over illegal succession, Royalty and unjust judgment of 15th May, 2012 on Suit ID/488/80 Delivered By Hon. Justice Lawal Akapo of Lagos High Court. As 34 years buried lies and Criminal Act of a 1st Class Monarch of Lagos State exhumed. Oba Wahabi Ayinde Balogun Onisheri of Isheri-Olofin in Alimosho Local Government area of Lagos State. His illegal (but political) kingdom with Federal Government forged documents and maps which were believed to be an error or conspiracy of Lagos State Government with his unconstitutional and illegal creation, which was criminally and callously perpetrated to jeopardize lives and properties of over 650,000 Residents of Idimu and other towns.

UNCONSTITUTIONAL/UNETHICAL ROYALTY SUCCESSION: Upon series of S.O.S to both Federal and State Government including democratically set up voted to power to protect lives and properties of the citizen; which their civic responsibility was ignored, neglected and rendering us homeless as the profit of our voting democracy or change. Also to avoid breakdown of law and order or communal clashes in which that of Ile-Ife-Modakeke will be child play, if not corrected and return all identity to its previous record. The illegal succession affected over 34 ancient towns including Idimu, its 20 customary tenants as well as Igando, Akessan, Egan, Iba, Ikotun, Obadaore, Abaranje, Ijegun, Isheri-Oshun, Egbe, Ejigbo, Egbeda and Okun-ola. Their survey co-ordinate has been shifted/tampered with; for fraudulently inserting Isheri-Olofin in the 1960 map when the present administration bent on zero tolerance for corruption in the society.

ISSUES: Is there any decree, edict or other constitutional Power or Right processed by the Federal Government of Nigeria to impose any other Government on Lagos State without the people’s consent in form of referendums etc. No, if any former administration made an error it can be corrected by the present administration as Government is a continuous exercise especially democratic period. The illegal creation had led to serious protest letters from Onidimu of Idimu, Late Oba Saula Rufai Olugbede and Idimu people via documentary dated 3rd August, 1985, 12 April 1985 and 30th April 1985 with Ref. No: FGA/1532 which finally led to four inconclusive suits at Ikeja High Court ID/37/78, ID/60/79, ID/37/81 and ID/40/84 when both his counsel Mr. Olowu and Lagos state Counsel made an undertaking to maintain statuesquo which was flouted, disrespected and neglected.

FORGERY: (a) What Official documentary surrounds Isheri-Olofin in Idimu that change Isheri_Idimu to Isheri-Olofin when intelligence Report File No. 29939 before 1842 and File G.58 pre1934-1941 has recorded Idimu and Isheri-Idimu why Lagos State Government Gazette of 1980 recorded, lsheri-Olofin when not recorded before, on, and after colonial era, not among 202 settlements Inherited by Lagos State on its creation on 27th May, 1967 by Decree 14 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
(b) Of what legality and whose approval or Order that backs/supports the fraudulent insertion of Isheri-Olofin into Ikeja Map of 1960 – 64 without previously recorded in Idimu community composite map of 1st December 1919 by Late Herbert Macaulay the First Surveyor-General and Ikeja District Map II of 1934 that located the 500 existing villages then without Isheri Olofin existence. Historically, is there any documentary backing that features Isheri-Olofin in File No. G.58 from 31st March, 1939 to 30th April, 1939? Its historically not in consistent order; they fraudulently change document form from manual to electronics, was not in existence in 1935.
(c) Of what legality and whose approval or Order that backs/supports the change of certification of File No: 29939 and File No: G.58 certified on 10th November, 1987 to the falsely certification of 12th June 2008 – 5th March 2018 with 17 missing pages and over 22 alterations with Isheri-Idimu to Isheri-Olofin. On what documentary support that elevates the identity and representation of Mr. W. A. Balogun representing Idimu on 11th August 1969-1972 to Prince and Oba of Isheri-Olofin on 1st June 1984? without genuine historical or trace of Royal Lineage on Lagos State record.

JUDGMENT: What is the Constitutional power, or Legal Right of Lagos State Government and its Judiciary to set aside 5 previous Judgements of Supreme Court during the colonial era on suits ID/16b/ 1898, ID/288/1919, ID/493/1922, ID/272/1938 and ID/255/1940 all on the disputed land for only an High Court Suit ID/488/80 on influenced of a forged particulars not in the record of National Archive or verified.
Both intelligence report file No. 29939 pre 1842 pages 47-52., it’s cover note Ref. no. CC/1673/142 of 9th April 1935 and his Map II of Ikeja District of 1934 to couple with File No. G58 of 1934-1941 pages 1-6 and his map of 1st Dec. 1919 all recorded Idimu, his 20 customary Tenants including Isheri – Idimu and other ancient towns in existence without Isheri Olofin. Oba Wahabi and his criminal minded cohort invented/adopted fake records and neglected the Original records of National Archives in circulation. which is deceitfully It was affirmed that there was no intelligence report Ikeja District (less central Awori Area) of 10th February or 9th April 1935 in the records of National Archive which pages 2, 10, 13, 22,23, 26, 27 and 31 recorded the existence of Isheri Olofin before pages 7, 14, 26, 44-46 of the said judgment of 15th May 2012 in suit ID/488/80 before he examined, relied on, adopted and based his judgment on a fake documents not to be admissible or relied on by any Court of Law on legal terminology of building something on nothing is nothing it will collapse as Isheri Olofin is collapsing inside ldimu Kingdom. The document in which Court primarily gave judgment was heavily doctored version of a document titled File No. G.58. Re-organization of ldimu Area villages in B District of File No. 29939 by Wilkees (the District Officer) in the records of Nigeria Archive. The presiding Judge forgot his oath on Bench “ONLY THE TRUTH NOTHING MORE THAN THE TRUTH” that jeopardies lives and properties of over 650,000 residence of Idimu Town before the injustice.

ANCIENT HISTORY OF OGUNFUNMINIRE, IDIMU, THE MONARCH
His proclaimed forefather (maternal) Ogunfunminire has no historical trace to Idimu or any of its suburb, his expedition in 1600AD from Iddo is settled at EKO (now Lagos Island) with his two wives Akesan and Akeja (Onikeja) with his remaining eleven (11) sons namely: Olumegbon, Onitolo, Onitaino, Oluwa, Onikoyi, Onisiwo, Aromire, Ojora, Elegbusi, Oniru and Oloto who constituted themselves into Intoan Idejo Society and later fanned out to different settlements along Lagos creeks. They are all white capped chiefs and landlords. They are virtue of the fact his descendants. Check pg. 6, para.21&32 pg.59/60 for his movements.

IDIMU: The overlord town of District B of file 29939 (Pg.47-52) was resettled between 1832 – 1885 by a strong follower of Ogunfunminire called Akanigbere (Eletu Odigbo and Asipa from Benin, Idimu, Egbe, Ikotun, and Igando all settlers migrate from Benin while Akesan migrate from old Oyo; also Egbeda migrate from Olugbede of Idimu).

THE MONARCH: Wahabi Ayinde Balogun is the 5th generation of one Kasali Balogun (1st) who migrate from Otta in Ogun State. It was the Egba raid of 1842 resettled him at Orile Agege where he met Iyawo Ogun both born Ogaleru Balogun (2nd) while he married Lashilo from Abisiwa family of Idimu and born Lawani Ogunleye Balogun (3rd generation) who born Momoh Rabiu Balogun (4th generation) and met Falilat Ogunsiyin, both born Wahabi Balogun.

CONFESSIONAL STATEMENT
Oba Wahabi Ayinde Balogun in an open Court on oath at trial, he narrated his paternity to Orile-Agege and his maternity to Abisiwa family of ldimu repeatedly on 17th April, 1986 and 13th July, 2009 Oba Wahabi Ayinde Balogun lament further how both his paternal and maternal are cousins before they got married (ABOMINATION). His grandfather, Lawani Balogun who told him the history of his founding and settlement of Isheri Olofin by their ancestors still represented ldimu town from 1934 – 1941 in various capacity as Acting Bale, Headman and tax collector, as he collected £63.16s from 288 Tax payers of ldimu and paid to Colony on 31st March, 1939 as a grandson of Idimu and Mr. W. A. Balogun (Wahabi Ayinde Balogun) himself represented ldimu town between 11th August, 1969 before the Lagos Gazette was revoked in 1972 as a maternal great grandson from Abisiwa family who still exist as king-maker (Afobaje) of Idimu town till date.

FRAUDULENT COMPENSATION FOR INEXISTING ISHERI-OLOFIN IN 1976:
The above history, Lagos state gazette of 1969 and his confessional statement of 17th April 1986 and 13th July, 2009 has proved both the identification and representation of either Mr. or Oba Wahabi Ayinde Balogun before he intentionally defraud the Federal Government of Nigeria on misacquisition and compensation from Isheri-Olofin and Olofin family in Agege. The principal of menu dat qui yen habet (no one gives out what he does not possess). This is synonymous to the issue at hand when no such town and family was in existence in 1976 at Idimu, Agege, or Lagos state as a whole via Federal Government Legal notice No.141,Vol.5 chapter 167 of 29th January 1976 with fraudulent survey plan No. L.S 3815, co-ordinate 0000 feet, with 113 concrete pillars marked C.F.A. 2 PBC 1354 – PBC 1461 for national cemetery. He actually knew his great grandmother LASHILO only inherited 93 acres of 466 acres of Abisiwa Farm land demarcated on two supreme court judgments: ID/272/38 and ID/255/40 and Abisiwa descendant sharing agreement of 3rd Dec.1941 all identified to Idimu town without the existence of Isheri-Olofin then. His innovation and intention to become a king in his maternal home by all criminal ways. Isheri-Olofin can only be created on its 93 acres of his great grandmother territory inheritance including his palace. to istall and engrave 2 monarchs into a kingdom is also Abomination and against the Yoruba native law and custom ‘warning’ Isheri Olofin in Idimu kingdom is deceitful. Presently, there has been controversy between the said Oba and Federal Government via a 14-days Quit Notice from Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing; also there are pending suits in both Federal High Court FHC/LCS/676/05 and Ikeja High Court on Suit No: ID/5401/LMW/2017 respectively between Oba Wahabi Ayinde Balogun and the Federal Government when re-claiming what he has fraudulently compensated.

CONSPIRACY FOR ROYALTY SUCCESSION, EMPOWERING DISRESPECT FOR COURT ORDER: Lagos State Government with his Agencies apart from the illegal creation, also empowered Oba Wahabi Ayinde Balogun arrogation of power to disrespect orders of the Court of Law via correspondences: (a) IKJ L.G. Gen. 728/35 of 12th April 1985 signed by M. Oguntola and (b) IKJ L.G. Gen 727/vol.ix/550 of 17th Nov. 1987 signed by M. Bakare all on behalf of the secretary of Ikeja local government when there are Orders of the Court of Law on 17th October 1984 and 19th February 1985 by Hon. Justice M. A. O. Abiru (rtd) of Lagos High Court for parties to maintain statusquo, to stand as they are, not to parade or crown as an Oba which was disrespected and neglected.

CONSPIRACY OF NIGERIAN POLICE IN LAGOS: Corrupt Police officials in Lagos use their security instrumental to empower, misinterpret and disrespect the Court of Appeal Order of 13th October, 2013; to maintain statusquo. Before they embarked on illegal arrest, intimidation, detention and forcefully taking over people’s property. this was the evil they embark upon that led to my unlawful arrest as a scape goat on 23rd January, 2018 without investigation detained and arraign me at Igbosere Magistrate Court 1 for offence not committed l spent 6 days in Ikoyi Prison yard on falsely charge sheet A/5/18. Previously l have spent 6 days in Kirikiri prison on same allegation on falsely charge sheet MIK/183/16 from Ikeja Magistrate Court 23 Lagos. All just to avoid Police Force Headquarters Monitoring Unit Abuja investigation on the monumental fraud that he has perpetrated.
MEANWHILE, A courageous Lagos based property owner, Community Leader, Party Chieftain, Stakeholder, a Democrat and also Consultant on land matters for Idimu town and residents Alhaji Shamsideen Alade Adebimpe finally demanded from Ikeja High Court on different suits (A) Upon series of S.O.S, Court Pre-action Notices and refusal of to correct error, Lagos State Government and her democratic set up will soon be in court for Justice to prevail on negligence of their democratic duties on illegal succession and royalty for 34 years and also encouraging disrespect for the Orders of the Court and empowering criminality in the society. (B) Seeking for Justice to step aside the judgment whose particulars are based on fraud on Suit No: ID/5350/GCMW/18 (C) Also seeking for compensation for violating his fundamental Human Right and to guarantee the safety of his life, properties and freedom of movement on Suit No: ID/5959/MFHR/17 as the Monarch and his cohorts made him ran out of Lagos to an hide out. Since the discovery of the fraud in July 2017 with the support of Police Instrumental in Lagos (where there has been Hired Assassin with surveillance on daily bases targeting and monitoring his house at No.1-7 Adebimpe Avenue Idimu Alimosho Area of Lagos State). Police has virtually left and neglected their security responsibility for land speculator in Lagos, it is alarming.

Intervention: Every citizen has both constitutional and legal right to protect their life and property. No matter the position of this perpetrator, nobody is above the law of the soil comes criminality. Therefore, Adebimpe urge for Federal Government urgent intervention, to set up high level panel of enquiry to objectively investigate and bring about orderliness and lasting peace, and all records and identification back to their previously recorded identity to avoid instability, insecurity and injustice from monumental fraud that can lead to communal clash in Lagos if not corrected and bring all perpetrators to book/justice to ensure that the oppressors are rescued and redeemed including Federal Government and its agencies that may have been a victim.
In conclusion, I am playing the role of a Whistle Blower who has uncovered a monumental fraud against the state and deserves protection and reward for sticking my neck to expose criminal act and save the state from embarrassment of the court of law and the world in general.
