The organizers investigated and found Kay Property of violating the rules of the regulations.

Match coordinator, Prince Sulaiman Gbadamosi said having investigated the allegation before Kay Properties, the disciplinary committee had decided to deduct their three points and awarded it to their opponents.

“In view of the petition writing against Kay properties FC by Dortmund on fielding an ineligible player on the 29th of March 2023.The disciplinary committee had critically looked into the petition and and the verdict of the committee is as follows.

“That Kay properties FC fielded and ineligible player, Aliyu Kehinde and allowed one Emeka MBA to be on the bench which he was not properly registered. Therefore, the decision of the panel is for kay properties to lose outrightly their three(3)point to Dortmund FC in accordance with the competition rules as this will serve as a caution for other teams. These verdict remains valid as the decision is solidly taken by the disciplinary committee after thorough investigation,he said.
