Rosicrucian Order Proffers Measures To Tackle Nigeria’s Econmic Challenges

Posted on February 9, 2023

Rocicrucian Order, (AMORC ) has called for collective efforts of Nigerians at home and abroad to tackle the country’s socio-economic challenges.

It warned Nigerians against sitting on the fence, but rather emulate the virtues/ qualities of Nigeria’s founding fathers, Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Obafemi Awolowo and Alhaji Tafawa Balewa.

Grand Regional Administrator/ President, Rosicrucian Order, Amorc Nigeria, Dr. Kenneth Idiodi, gave the charge while speaking at the 47 Eastern Regional Rotational Conclave which took place in Calabar on Saturday.

Speaking on the theme, ‘Practical Rosicrucian Tools For Nation Building’, Idiodi urged Nigerians not to lose hope in spite of the econmic challenges they are facing.

According to him, “All hope is not lost,” assuring Nigerians of the good times that await them in less than no time especially if the right thing is done.

“Let every man take responsibility for his actions. It’s our actions that brought the nation to where we are at a moment.

“If the next generation of leaders take responsibility for their actions, and imbibe discipline, selflessness and efficiency, the country might as well be moving in the right direction.

“We are all involved and we must take the blame. If we take responsibility for our actions, we will make progress,” Idiodi said.

Also speaking, the lecturer at the occasion, Mr. Anthony Okorie, urged Nigerians to start the process of working towards national development and warned against intolerance, ethnicity which are likely to prevent rapid development.

He said for any meaningful development to take place, Nigerians including those in high places should begin to have a mindset of discharging diligently whatever responsibility assigned to them.

Okorie assured that Nigeria would bounce back if everyone works conscientiously to make the country great, adding that the econmic hardship, insecurity, banditry, poor electricity supply and poverty would become a thing of the past.
