Sallah Celebration: Hon. Kasunmu Felicitates With Constituents, Canvasses Support For APC Council Candidates

Lagos State House of Assembly’s Chairman House Committee on Lands, Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu, ARK, has felicitated with the Muslim community in his Constituency as they join other faithfuls across the globe to celebrate this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.

In a message made available from the Media Office of the lawmaker who represents Ikeja Constituency 2, Hon. Kasunmu said “This is to rejoice and felicitate with you all on the occasion of this year’s Eid El Kabir. We thank the Almighty Allah for the gift of life and for his numerous blessings, benefits and favour, especially at this critical period in our nation and the entire world. It is my prayers that Allah in His infinite mercy will restore peace,  prosperity and unity to our nation and keep sustaining us all with His mercy and abundance”.

The lawmaker, fondly called Hon. ARK, seized the opportunity to appreciate his Constituency leaders, Party Chieftains, the youth, women and all stakeholders for their unflinching support and love. He promised to continue to provide proactive and sterling legislative representation at all times.

In the spirit of the season, Hon. Kasunmu doled out various sums of cash and food items like bags of 50Kg rice, noodles and other items running into over N5 Million across the Constituency through the party, sub groups and individual channels.

In various appreciation messages seen by our correspondent, the beneficiaries of ARK SALLAH ENTERTAINMENT CASH (ASEC) and food items, commended Hon. Kasunmu for reaching out to his constituency once again as he has been doing. They also showered prayers and encomiums on him.

Meanwhile, the active and focused lawmaker also seized the opportunity to congratulate the candidates of his party, the APC in the forthcoming Local Government Chairmanship and Councillorship elections in Ikeja LGA and Ojodu LCDA, Engr. Mojeed Alabi Balogun and Mr. Olusegun David Odunmbaku, as well as all the 10 Councillorship candidates under Ikeja Constituency 2 on their emergence as the Party’s flag bearers and also enjoined all the good people of Ikeja and Ojodu to come out enmass and vote for APC candidates across board for better delivery of dividends of democracy at the grassroots.
The election comes up across Lagos State on Saturday 24th July, 2021.
