Senator Andy Uba Was Never At Aso Rock

Posted on July 13, 2021

The Andy Uba Media Office has denied the rumors that its principal and APC guber candidate Senator Andy Uba was yesterday barred from meeting President Buhari in Aso Rock saying that such news was the product of idle minds as Andy Uba was never near the Villa.

Unconfirmed reports had earlier stated that the winner of the APC Gubernatorial primaries in Anambra had been denied the opportunity to see the president while receiving in audience new APC Governors of Cross River and Zamafara State in the State House.

Uba’s Media Office faulted the claims, stating that at no point in time had Senator Uba sought audience with President Muhammadu Buhari and so the talk of his being barred could not hold water as Senator Uba as a former operative within the Aso Rock Villa, two-time Senator and now the party’s flag bearer would always have access to the President if he wants such, anything other than that should be dismissed as the product of idle minds.

“We have recently been regaled with funny stories of how Senator Andy Uba, our principal and winner of the recently held Gubernatorial primaries in Anambra was reportedly barred from seeing President Muhammadu Buhari. We are at a loss at how someone who was never at the Villa yesterday could be reportedly barred from seeing its occupant. We understand however that several idle minds are at work following our principal’s resounding victory at the primaries but then we must ask that our society rise to the occasion by disbelieving such wild tales at it is the product of such idleness.”
“For the records, Senator Andy Uba was never at the Villa, he had no business there and so there was no need to go there, the Senator we all know is a welcome visitor to the Villa anytime, any day.”

If one noticed they had earlier speculated that the President had also refused to receive Governor Mai Mala Buni, the present CECPC Chairman only for pictures of Buni with President Muhammadu Buhari in that event to surface all over the media sphere
