Senator Ifeanyi Ubah Wins At Court Of Appeal

The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has dismissed the appeals filed by Hon Chris Azubogu, Chief Chris Uba and Dr Obinna Uzo against the victory of the Distinguished Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.
The Court said that the appeals of the three candidates from other political parties were incompetent and lacking in merit.
The Court therefore, upheld the election of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah and returned him elected.
