Senator Uche Ekwunife Felicitates With Archbishop Valerian Okeke @70

Yesterday, the Director General South East Governors Forum, Distinguished Senator Uche Ekwunife CON, joined other prominent Nigerians to celebrate His Grace, Most Rev’d Valerian Maduka Okeke, Catholic Archbishop of Onitsha, on the occasion of his 70th birthday anniversary. 

Senator Ekwunife, who was among the eminent personalities selected to lead the offering procession at the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Onitsha, described His Lordship, Valerian Okeke as an excellent teacher of the doctrine, a priest of sacred worship and an exceptional minister of the Roman Catholic Church.

“We rejoice with His Grace, Most Rev’d Valerian Maduka Okeke, Catholic Archbishop of Onitsha today, in sincere appreciation of his outstanding devotion, visible impacts on the flock under his care and apparent laudable achievements in the calling of service to humanity.”

“Most striking among your record of outstanding stewardship is the visionary establishment of a skill acquisition center for the inmates of Onitsha Correctional Facility. This is to say the least very rare in the history of contemporary Christianity.”

“My family and the entire staff of South East Governors Forum felicitate you on this special day, with deep feeling of hope in your ability to dwarf these lofty records in the next couple of years, as we wish you more years to celebrate God’s blessings and faithfulness
