SM Jury Takes Social Media Campaign To Students At OAU

As part of activities to reshape the economy of the country by training over 5, 000 young business owners within a year, the SM Jury in partnership with Prima Strata and Salimo Witts Foundation will storm Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Ife, Osun State on 23 November 2018.

In a statement released by the convener of the SM Jury, Tonia Odili, she expressed her excitement over the unprecedented success of the previous editions.  She stated that this edition will feature some of the biggest names in the various sectors of the economy.

“This edition of the SM Jury will mark the sixth and to commemorate this, we’ve specially put together; a Campus edition , the first of its kind in the history of Nigeria, which would be quite beneficial to the future leaders of tomorrow on a general scale,” Ms Odili said.

Tagged “Leveraging Social Media for Growth’’, the event is aimed to cover a wide spectrum of Social Media and its simplicity as it pertains to growth.

Student Entrepreneurs would be exposed to tips and applicable methods to augment their various business opportunities in the face of the ever-evolving digital world.” she added.

Tonia Odili further revealed some of the speakers and moderators including Onoge Tega Ben , Leo Da Silva, Seun Ajayi, Ubi Franklin, Wole Aroli, Asiri Comedy and Tayo Fashesin .

The Social Media Jury is an NGO established with the initiative geared towards creating a community of young entrepreneurs who believe in themselves and are ready to put their creative minds in use as an alternative for them to start a career in school and create their own businesses.

This event is proudly supported by Salimo Witts Foundation, Tecno  and 360 Nobs.
