Snr Comrade Emeni Ibe Congratulates Gov Fubara On Honorary Doctorate Degree By PUMS

The President General Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has on behalf of the good people of Orashi region felicitated with the performing Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara GSSRS, as he adds a golden feather to his cap as PAMO University of Medical Sciences confers on him the Degree of Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa).
In the congratulatory message signed by Snr Comrade Emeni Ibe, he said, “Congratulations Your Excellency! On behalf of the good people of Orashi Region, we join Rivers people to rejoice with you as you are greatly honoured by the PAMO University of Medical Sciences”.
