Yesterday, Governor Soludo was at Trans Nkisi in Onitsha to commission the Sports and fitness center built by Residents. That is not the news. The news for me is that the people themselves could not stop saying out loud that he is the first Governor to visit the area in its 44 years of creation.

In 44 years of Tran Nkisi’s existence, no Governor in the State has visited the area housing over 2000 units of residential edifices and hundreds of commercial buildings, leaving the area in great dearth of road infrastructure. Such a space of willing persons who immediately embraced the Public-Private-Community Partnership (PPCP) development model proposed by Governor Soludo, deserve attention.

Trans Nkisi is a sprawling residential community of decent humans located on the outskirts of the Onitsha metropolis. The same Soludo, who placed Okpoko on the priority list, defied the elements to meet with Ndi Olumbanasa, connected Awba-Ofemili to the rest of modern world is also very interested in ameliorating the sufferings of Trans Nkisi.

This is the Governor Ndi Anambra voted for!
