Soludo’s Novel Timing Is Historic! 

“The timing of this recruitment is everything for me. For the first time in this our Anambra this large scale recruitment is done by a sitting Governor who is less than one year in office. Usually, we know that this scale of recruitment is done at the end of their tenure as a parting gift”.

The other one retorted, “my dear this is 5000 Teachers for education alone o! This man really means business”.

I had to recall this conversation in the light of the ripple effect this recruitment has caused in the State. Beyond job creation, my neighbour said, “this is future creation”. Soludo has created a future for millions of Anambra children who would benefit from the knowledge base of these new Teachers. In his typical style, Soludo would ask, “If not now, when?”

South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Israel and Taiwan have practically no mineral deposits, but through the development of human resources they have become very important nations and territories. This is where Anambra stands in the context of Soludo’s envisioning.

This is a generational leap out of the box for ndi Anambra. We really can’t say this enough!
