Brand Strategist, Ojulari Olasunkanmi, popularly known as Sunky O has revealed he will be leading a host of celebrities and Influencers that will be attending the debut edition of the ‘Food & Network Exhibition’.

Sunky made this announcement with a post on his Instagram page: “December 19th, Come join me and a couple of amazing personalities host you to a beautiful Food and network exhibition. It promises to be fun filled and entertaining…we can’t wait to have you.”

The one-day event holding December 19 at the Baywater Park Event Center, Lekki Phase 1 is a premium festival celebrating the various Nigerian foods and cuisines.

This year’s event is the first edition of what organizers hope will become an annual event.

The event is the brainchild of The Sunky O Lifestyle Company (TSOLC) in partnership with Retain Lines and is sponsored by Afen Group & VETIFLY.

Speaking on the exhibition, Sunky O, the CEO/founder of TSOLC, said the event aims to promote Nigerian cultural heritage through food, music and networking.

He noted that the festival was scheduled to debut last year but was put on hold due to the global coronavirus pandemic.

Sunky O added; “The festival will consist of two main parts: the entertainment and the food exhibition showcases. The entertainment showcase will present performances by both musicians and comedians while the food & networking exhibition will focus on the different restaurants, food stalls and chefs, who are also on hand to provide different foods and cuisines to feed the crowd. We also hear there would be a Food competition that attracts a cash prize.”

“The event will also be used as a medium to network and promote businesses as well as introduce to visitors from the diaspora the diversity and richness of the Nigerian peoples and culture” he added.

There will be musical performances by Dremo & Crayon while DJ Andre & Dj Larry O will keep people entertained with the music policy.
