Renowned musician Sunny Neji has lauded the Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC) for its impressive revitalization of the national railway network, particularly highlighting the comfort and efficiency of the Ibadan route.

His praise came during a courtesy visit by the Ojez Group to Dr. Kayode Opeifa, the newly appointed Managing Director of the NRC, at the corporation’s headquarters in Ebute Metta, Lagos.

“The revitalized railway transportation network, especially the Ibadan route, is truly commendable,” Neji remarked, sharing his recent positive travel experience.

This commendation, delivered as part of the Ojez Group delegation, underscored the tangible improvements in Nigeria’s railway infrastructure.

The visit, a continuation of the established collaborative relationship between the Ojez Group and the NRC, aimed to solidify their longstanding strategic partnership.

It provided an opportunity for both parties to discuss future prospects and reinforce their commitment to mutual growth.

Effiong Nyong, a key member of the Ojez Group’s management team, emphasized the importance of sharing perspectives on the ongoing and future collaborations between Ojez and the NRC.

“It is both important and auspicious to share perspectives on the things Ojez management does and continues to do within our mutual relationship with the Nigeria Railway Corporation,” Nyong stated, highlighting the company’s dedication to fostering a strong and productive partnership.

Dr. Kayode Opeifa, in response, expressed his enthusiasm for future collaborations with the Ojez Group. He pledged to build upon the existing relationship and revealed that the NRC has numerous plans for joint ventures in the near future.

“The corporation has so many plans to collaborate with the Ojez Group in the near future, and we are committed to building on the existing strong relationship,” Opeifa affirmed.

Mr. Joseph Odobeatu, Chairman of the Ojez Group, which operates a hospitality and recreational facility within the NRC premises, warmly welcomed Dr. Opeifa to his new role.

He reiterated Ojez’s commitment to continuously improving its services and strengthening the bond between the two institutions.

“We pledge to continue working towards improving our services and the relationship between our two institutions,” Odobeatu stated, underscoring the company’s dedication to the partnership.
