Teacher, 35, Docked Over Anal S*x With Female Student,15, Inside School

A 35-year old teacher, Olayiwola Ololade, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly defiling his 15-year old female student by penetrating both her private part and anus in order to satisfy his sexual desires inside the school premises.
P.M.EXPRESS reports the incident happened at Fortland College located at Bello Street, Mushin area of Lagos, where Ololade was employed as a Yoruba teacher by the school management.
According to the Police, for the past three years from June, 2021 till February, 2023, the teacher has been defiling the female student but warned her not to tell anyone and she kept it to herself.
However, the matter was later exposed by the victim, who narrated what the teacher, Ololade, had been doing to her and warned her not to tell anyone including her parents and the school management.
The matter was reported to the Police at Area D Command in Mushin and the suspect was arrested. He was detained for interrogation over the alleged offence, which he reportedly admitted to have committed but with the victim’s consent.
However, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Yaba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment or life imprisonment.
The Court did not take his plea when he was arraigned following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Supol Thomas Nurudeen, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P. E. Nwaka, ordered his remand in custody at the Correctional Centre pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP.
The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be made available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
