“The Brawl” Boxing Tournament Holds In Ibadan on 24 Dec

Professional boxing lovers are in for a swell time as “The Brawl”, a professional boxing event, holds on Christmas Eve, Saturday, 24 December 2022 at the Indoor Sports Hall, Obafemi Awolowo Stadium, Ibadan, Oyo State, southwest Nigeria.

The professional boxing event is packaged by Jonadosh Boxing Promotions with eight bouts on the cards.

Mutiu Lawal and Funsho Moshood will engage in a six-round lightweight national challenge contest. Another six rounds light middleweight national challenge contest involving Oladimeji Ibukunoluwa and Akeem Salam will also take place. Jamiu Akande, alias Sunshine, will seek to outshine Kolajo Toheem, aka Ultimate, when they square off in a six rounder in the lightweight national challenge contest.

The thrills will continue when Dhikrulai Akingba and Ojo Arabambo face each other in a national bantamweight challenge contest. It will then be the turn of the ladies, when Blessing Godwin and Hadijat Salami fight in the national middleweight challenge contest. Kazeem Lawal and Dahuud Yakubu will do battle in the national middleweight challenge contest, while  Abdulrasheed Idowu and Wasiu Jimoh will square up in the light heavyweight challenge.

The main bout will see a national bantamweight challenge contest between Habeeb Oladimeji and Mojeed Gbolahan.
