Note here that the 2nd Applicant here is Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa Esq. If the Appeal Court on granting the Leave of the Applicant to be Joined in the Matter has established in clear terms that abinitio APGA was not a Party to the Suit and that Sly has, in his deposed affidavit, shown incontrovertible evidence that he is the VALIDLY elected Chairman of the Party, why then were he excluded as Parties to the suit by Plaintiff (Edozie Njoku and his band of Crooks)?
