TPT International Celebrates Its Female Workforce On Int’l Women’s Day

Posted on March 12, 2026

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, TPT International honoured the extraordinary women within the agency with a thoughtfully curated experience designed to celebrate their dedication, creativity, and the vibrant energy they bring to the organisation every day.

International Women’s Day, observed annually on March 8, is a global moment dedicated to recognising the achievements, resilience, and contributions of women across all spheres of society.

The 2026 theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the powerful idea that when organisations invest in empowering women through recognition, opportunity, and support everyone benefits.

For TPT International, the day served not only as a celebration but also as a reflection of its enduring commitment to nurturing an inclusive workplace where women continue to thrive.

The leadership of the agency, led by Adetokunbo Modupe, Chairman and Chief Consultant, treated the women of TPT International to a memorable treat of a movie and lunch outing, creating a relaxed space for laughter, connection, and reflection away from the usual rhythm of work.

To further recognise their invaluable contributions, the women were also given Monday, March 9, 2026, as a work-free day, allowing them time to rest, reset, and savour the spirit of a day set aside globally to celebrate women.

Speaking on the initiative, Modupe emphasised the agency’s deep appreciation for the women whose talent and commitment continue to shape the success and character of the organisation.

“Women are an invaluable part of our lives and of our organisation. Their contributions have helped shape the growth, strength, and excellence of our professional practice. Our standing as a preferred team would not have been possible without the intelligence, dedication, creativity, and positive spirit of the remarkable women within the organisation.

At TPT, we celebrate and appreciate our women every day. However, International Women’s Day offers a special moment to pause and express our gratitude once again. Today’s outing is a simple but impactful way of reminding them that their brilliance, resilience, and professionalism are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.”

On behalf of the women of the agency, Ify Yvonne Odita, Client Service Director, expressed appreciation to the leadership for creating a workplace culture where women feel recognised, supported, and inspired to thrive.

“Your celebration of TPT women through the movie outing, lunch, and the work-free day speaks volumes about the value you place on appreciation, balance, and wellbeing. It reflects a culture where people are genuinely valued.

The opportunity to step away from our routines, bond, and enjoy moments of relaxation together made this International Women’s Day truly special. We are grateful for the recognition and proud to be part of an organisation that celebrates the contributions of its women.”

For TPT International, the celebration served as a reaffirmation of its commitment to building a workplace where women are empowered to grow, lead, and continue shaping the future of the organisation with their ideas, passion, and creativity.
