Truck Driver & Conductor Arrested For Squeezing Police Inspector’s Dick During Public Brawl

A Police Inspector attached to Ajao Estate Division of the Lagos State Command, Adeoye Elijah, has been hospitalized after his dick was squeezed and he got injured during a public brawl with a truck driver and his conductor. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Chivita area of Ajao Estate, where Inspector Elijah went to perform his lawful duty.
According to Police sources, since the incident happened, the victim, Elijah, was said to be having challenges with having erection, which may generally affect his health as he is being treated at an undisclosed hospital.
The truck driver and his conductor behind the attack, Melody Mazzy, 28 and Joseph Undie, have been arrested and charged before the Court.
They were charged before the Isolo Magistrate Court for conspiracy, conduct likely to cause breach of public peace and assault under the Criminal Laws of the State.
The victim was said to have accosted the driver and in the process, they had a disagreement which led to public Brawl. And in the process, they held his dick, squeezed it and injured him.
According to the Police, the defendants conducted themselves in a manner likely to cause breach of public peace by failing to produce driver’s license and the vehicle particulars on demand.
They were said to have blocked the road and prevented other motorists from using the road during the altercation between them and the victim. It then led to public fighting, which contravened some sections of the State’s Criminal Law and attracts several years of imprisonment.
However, they pleaded not guilty when they were arraigned.
The prosecutor, Mr. Oje Uagbale, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since they pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that they actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A Akokhia, granted them bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and addresses verified by the Court.
The matter was adjourned till 16th May, 2023, for mention while the defendants were remanded in custody at the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when they will perfect their bail conditions.
