Two Lovers Docked For Raping Woman In Lagos Hotel

Two lovers a 28-year old Blessing John and her lover, Joseph Obi have been arrested and charged before a Lagos court with conspiracy and their alleged involvement in the rape of Blessing`s  bossom friend in a hotel in Lagos. 
P.M EXPRESS gathered Blessing lured the victim to a popular hotel, Dasck located at Ayobo in Ipaja where she arranged with Obi, 50, to rape the victim for undisclosed reason.
Blessing was said to be watching as Obi was raping the helpless victim who was in tears.
As her friend, Blessing asked the victim to accompany her to a place which turned out to the hotel where the incident happened. It was learnt that the victim was forcefully taken to the hotel room where they threatened to kill her if she did not co-operate. She was forced to remove her clothes where Obi had marathon sex with her before she was allowed to go. While the act was going on, Blessing told the victim to cooperate with Obi else a grievous calamity awaits her if she resist.
The matter was reported to the police at Ayobo division who trailed the suspects and arrested them. They were charged before Ogba Magistrate Court. They pleaded not guilty. The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. Davis Abegunde granted them bail in the sum of N250, 000 with two sureties each in the like sum.
They were remanded in prison custody pending when they will perfect their bail condition. The case was adjourned to 2 May, 2017.
