Two Men In Prison For Allegedly Gangraped Woman Inside Lagos School

Two men, Ifechi Uzor and Adigwe Monday have been arrested and charged before a Lagos court for allegedly Gangraping a woman in a public school in Lagos.
The incident happened at Ajibulu Primary School in Mafoluku, Oshodi where the victim was dragged into, assaulted before been raped in turns by suspects.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the victim was returning from work in the evening when she got to the front of the school and the suspects accosted her and dragged her into the school compound.
She initially resisted but was slapped by the suspects who threatened to kill her.
After forcing her into the school compound, the suspects removed her underpants and forcefully had canal knowledge of her in turns before allowing her to go.
The victim reported the sexual assault to the police who trailed the suspects and arrested them.
They were charged before Ikeja Magistrates’ Court with conspiracy and rape under the Criminal Code.
They pleaded not guilty.
The presiding Magistrate, Mrs B.O. Osunsanmi granted them bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
They were remanded in prison custody pending when they will perfect their bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 3 May 2015.
