Unity Bank To hold 14th AGM September 24

Unity Bank Plc, one of Nigeria’s top commercial banks has confirmed that its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will hold on Thursday, 24 September, 2020.

A notification on Monday to the Nigerian Stock Exchange signed by Mr. Alaba Williams, Company Secretary said the AGM will hold at 11am at Unity Bank Plc, Plot 42, Ahmed Onibudo Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The meeting will also witness the receipt of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December, 2019 together with the reports of the directors, auditors and audit committee thereon; to re-elect directors; to authorise the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors; to elect members of the audit committee.

The notification said the register of members and transfer books of the company will be closed from 21 to 23 September 2020 both days inclusive for the purpose of preparing an up-to date register of members.
