When Court Of Appeal Ruling Provided Clarity…

Posted on September 8, 2024

What the Appeal Court did in its ruling on Thursday 5th September, 2024 was to provide penultimate clarity ahead of the Supreme Court sledgehammer. Edozie Njoku knows this, Chekwas Okorie may be unaware of this because a combination of greed and desperation may have blinded him from the glaring facts of the matter.
