Prior to his trade with the devil or perhaps, in his mastery to the skills purchased from the monster, the Ogboko-born Scam-mogul had preached true democratic practice and the natural law of leadership when genuinely practiced in service to the electorates.

Unfortunately, when the baton got to him, Rochas Okorocha lost his consciousness to the very ideology he had identified with, never practiced that which he preached rather, he became an incarnate of the master whom he had swindled in the trade.

Rochas Okorocha turned the table, instead of serving the people of Imo State, the people served him and this accounts for the amassed wealth in his possession while the people and Government of Imo State got impoverished.

In his confessional boast after his exit from office, Rochas averred his financial net worth more than that of Imo State. He stated in “black and white” how richer he is more than Imo State Government together with the people.

In his words, Rochas remains questionable having gotten richer (even more than the State he Governed) after his tenure as the State Governor than he was. Imo State funds must be recovered to the last and Rochas must be prosecuted for stealing the commonwealth of Imo State for self enrichment.
