Posted on March 8, 2025

Whitecoud TVET Solutions Limited, a leading provider of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) solutions, has joined the global community in celebrating International Women’s Day.

This year’s theme, “Equality in Skills Development,” resonates deeply with our organization’s mission to promote inclusiveness and sustainable development through TVET education.

The President of Whitecoud TVET Solutions Limited, Netufo Ranti Jasper, and the Executive Director, Grace Netufo Ojoromiwa, expressed their excitement at showcasing the exceptional skills demonstrated by one of the trainees, Miss Oghenetega Dameitie Unokogbon.

During a recent training session, Miss Unokogbon demonstrated remarkable proficiency in welding, particularly in the vertical position.

“We are thrilled to see young women like Miss Unokogbon excel in skills that are traditionally dominated by men,” said Jasper, adding “This is a testament to the fact that women can succeed in any field they choose, given the right training and support.”

“Today, as we celebrate International Women’s Day, we call on governments, organizations, and individuals to join us in promoting equality in skills development,” Ojoromiwa stated.

She added, “We must break down the barriers that prevent women and girls from accessing skills training, and provide them with the support and resources they need to succeed.

“At Whitecoud TVET Solutions Limited, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality TVET education, regardless of their gender, age, or geographical location. Our programs are designed to promote inclusiveness and sustainable development, and we are committed to providing skills training that caters to the needs of rural and urban communities.

“Our mantra, “Not in School? Not in Trades?” is a call to action to provide skills training opportunities to everyone, regardless of their educational background or circumstances. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to acquire skills and improve their socio-economic status.

“As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we reiterate our commitment to promoting equality in skills development, and we call on everyone to join us in this mission.”
