Woman, 53, Docked For Holding Man’s Dick During Public Brawl

A man, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka, has fallen ill and was taken to the hospital after a 53-year old woman, Igboh Mary, allegedly slapped him severally, held  and pressed his dick and seriously injured him in the process during a public brawl in Lagos State.

 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Tennis Club, NNPC Road, Ejigbo area of Lagos Sate, over an undisclosed matter.

 

The cause of the fight was not disclosed by the Police, who alleged that the woman slapped the victim severally, held his dick, he became helpless and shouted for help before he was eventually rescued. But by then she had damaged some chairs, canopies and table at the place.

 

The matter was reported to the Police at Ejigbo Division. The woman was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over her alleged conduct.

 

After interrogation, the Police found her culpable and consequently charged her before the Ejigbo Magistrate Court for the alleged offence.

 

The charge read:

“That you, Igboh Mary on the 5th day of November, 2024, at about 1900hours, at No. 2/4 Tennis Club NNPC Road, Ejigbo, Lagos State, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did unlawfully assault one Emmnauel Chukwuemeka ‘m’ by slapping his face severally and holding his dick and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 173 of the Criminal law of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

 

Count II: “That you, Igboh Mary  on the same date, time and place, in the aforementioned Magisterial District, did maliciously damage one canopy, plastic chair and table valued N47,000 (Forty Seven Thousand Naira), property of one Emmnauel Chukwuemeka ‘m’ and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 339 (2) of the criminal law of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

 

However, she pleaded not guilty.

 

The prosecutor, Supol Benedict Aigbokhan, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that she actually committed the alleged offence.

 

The Presiding Magistrate, K.A. Ariyo, granted her bail in the sum of N150,000 with one surety in like sum who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while address will be verified by the Court.

 

The matter was adjourned till 9th December, 2024, for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos pending when she will perfect her bail conditions.
