Woman Dumps Husband & Secretly Gets Married To Another Man After 3 Children

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the embittered Chuka made the revelation before the Customary Court in Jikwoyi, Abuja, where he filed a suit for the dissolution of their marriage over his wife alleged secret marriage to another man.

The petitioner, Chuka stated: “My wife moved out of our house without informing me. I later found her new location. When I got there, I realized that she had gotten married to another man and already had a baby for him. It is is on this grounds that I seek to dissolve the marriage between us”.

The embittered husband, Chuka, narrated at the Court that his wife, Jane, left him and their three children in 2020 and he did not know her movement until he recently discovered that she had secretly got married. He pleaded with the Court to dissolve their marriage so that he can move on with his life and take care of the children.

“I have been the one taking care of the children and I don’t want anyone to poison their minds against me. I beg this Court to stop my wife from coming to my house to see my children in my absence.”

“I beg this Honourable Court to dissolve the marriage and grant me custody of my three sons” he pleaded.

However,  the Presiding Judge, Mr. Labaran Gusau, adjourned the matter till 22nd June, 2023, for further hearing on the matter in order to enable the wife to come to the Court and respond to the allegations against her.
