The Police in Lagos have arrested a man, Tokunbo Okusanya, 30 and a lady, Anu Akinleye, 32, for conducting themselves in a manner that could cause breach of public peace.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the duo may have opened up on what happened in the past between them as they reportedly abused themselves in their neighbourhood at Jakande Estate in Ejigbo area of Lagos.

It was gathered that Okusanya abused the lady, Akinleye, publicly; reminding her how he had slept with her severally and there was nothing special about her as he knew her inside out.
However, Akinleye was said to have fired back telling him that he was such a stupid man. She told him that he was now poor having wasted all his money on ladies private parts.

It was gathered that Okusanya, who got infuriated by the abuse by the lady, picked up stones and hit Akinleye before the Police was contacted. Both of them were arrested and detained at the police station for interrogation.
The police found both of them culpable of conduct likely to cause breach of public peace and charged them before Ejigbo Magistrates Court while Okusanya was also charged separately for the assault on Akinleye.
They pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Kenneth Asibor, asked the Court to give a date for trial since they pleaded not guilty in order for the police to prove the matter before the Court.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. T.O. Shomade, granted them bail in the sum of N10,000 with one surety in like sum.
However, the defendants were remanded in prison custody pending when they will perfect their bail condition. The matter was adjourned till 15th May, 2019.
