2018 Leboku Festival: Chief Ricketts Congratulates Obol Lopon Of Ugep

Obol Nkama 1 of Ugep – a former Honourable Commissioner for Information in Cross River State, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and Cross River Central Senatorial District senate hopeful, has congratulated the Obol Lopon of Ugep, His Royal Highness, Obol Ubana Eteng, on the occasion of the 2018 Leboku Festival.
