Three teenagers have been arrested in Lagos after they allegedly gang raped a teenage girl and debased her.

The teenagers were Wasiu Lawal, 18, Tosin Taoreed, 18, and Peter Joseph, 19.

They allegedly forced her naked and penetrated her severally in order to satisfy their sexual desire in a pornographic movie style as they watched the action together.

The incident happened at Eyiwuwawi Street in Ikate area of Lagos where both the victim and the suspects reside.

Police source said one of the suspects lured the victim into the place where she met others, they forced her naked and engaged her in sex romp one after the other. It was gathered that while one of them engaged her in the romp, others watched the action and thereafter exchanged themselves on her.

After they had satisfied themselves, they warned her not to tell anybody about what happened and allowed her to go.
However, during the romp, the victim suffered serious injury on her private part and she informed her parents about what happened and mentioned the suspects.

The matter was reported to the police; the suspects were rounded up over the alleged rape and detained for interrogation.
After interrogation, the police found them culpable and charged them before the Ogba Magistrates Court for gang rape.
The prosecutor, Inspector Benson Emerhi, informed the court that the victim suffered serious injury after the defendants forcefully engaged her in long sex romps and would need the DPP advice on the matter.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule Amzat, did not take their plea or grant them bail.

The court ordered them to be remanded in prison custody and directed the prosecutor to send their file to DPP for advice.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the matter may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds them culpable over jurisdiction.
And if they are tried and found guilty, they may spend long years in jail for the alleged offence.
The matter was adjourned to 21st January, 2019, for the report of DPP to be ready.
