Ojodu Mayor, Odunmbaku Kick-Starts Fuel Voucher Empowerment & Personally Assists Transport Operators At Filling Stations

The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, today officially launched the Council’s Fuel Voucher Empowerment Programme as part of activities marking his administration’s 100 Days in Office.

Demonstrating hands-on leadership, the Chairman visited designated filling stations, where he personally assisted in distributing fuel to beneficiaries, engaging directly with Keke, Korope and bus operators.

The initiative provides ₦10,000 fuel for 100 Keke Marwa operators, ₦20,000 for 50 korope operators and ₦20,000 for the buses to ease operational costs and support grassroots economic activities.

Vouchers were redeemed at Eterna Oil Station, Sunbeth Fuel Station, Bovas Fuel Station and NNPC Omole Station in Ojodu LCDA.

Hon. Odunmbaku noted that the programme reflects the welfare-driven vision of his HEYSRELOADED Agenda, designed to promote affordable transportation, empower livelihoods and strengthen socioeconomic stability within Ojodu LCDA.
