“Having observed that many youths in Mainland want to write GCE exam but most of them don’t have money to purchase the GCE forms. I am using this medium to inform the people of Mainland that by next weekend I would share 50 free GCE forms that would cut across all the wards in Mainland.

“I am doing this to assist the youths who are longing for education. As long I am still staying in Mainland, I would continue to contribute my own quota to human and community development and ensure that our societies are free from crime and other social vices,” he said.

Oloto however called on parents, guardians as well as teachers to devote their time by giving qualitative education to their children saying that without education, communities would witness any act of social vices that can ruin the lives of many youths.
