Ms. Adetutu Oshinusi has been appointed as the new Director, Directorate of Citizens Rights (DCR), Lagos State Ministry of Justice following the deployment of her predecessor.

Speaking at her maiden meeting with all members of staff of the Office, Oshinusi tasked the workers on the need for improved productivity and optimum service delivery to the citizenry

She emphasised that it is high time all the Counsel in the Directorate up the ante in a bid to boost the State’s Human Rights record, saying, “It is important to show absolute dedication and commitment to your official duties in order to improve on the State’s Human Rights record”.

The new Director also urged the staff to extend her the maximum cooperation given to her predecessor in order to achieve the set goals and objectives of the Directorate.

Ms. Adetutu Oshinusi, who was a Director in the Department of Public Prosecution until her deployment, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 and has wealth of experience practicing law in both the Private and Public Sectors.
