AMEA Announces Special Recognition Awardees For 4th Edition

As part of the activities leading to the annual media awards, Anambra Media/Movie Excellence Awards (AMEA), the organisers have announced plans to specially recognise individuals and organisations that have contributed immensely to the growth and development of media industry and Nollywood.

 

The award, which is billed to hold on Sunday, 25th September, 2022, at Carlton Hotel & Towers, Okpuno, Awka, Anambra State, promises to be the most superlative so far as the host, National President of Association of Digital Media Core Advocates (ADMCA), Dr. Chuma-Odili Harris Udoka a.k.a Ogene Ndigbo, has promised stars, guests and other industry professionals a show like no other.

 

According to the organisers, the recipients for AMEA Special Recognitions Awards for the 4th edition include Nollywood Stars Amaka Obi, Oby Okafor, Obi Dike, Clemson Cornell Nonyelum, and Jenny Dion Nwanegbo, other friends of the media include Engr Agbili Martin Agility – Director Anambra State Fire Service, Chief Barr. Titus Nnabuike Akpudo, President Anambra Association of Town Unions, and Soludo online TV.

 

In a statement made available to journalists, Dr. Chuma-Odili Harris, founder of the Anambra Media/Movie Excellence Awards, stated that it is important to celebrate our known and recognised industry icons. “Not only does this encourage the spirit of growth in the industry, it, also, celebrates professionalism, and creative ingenuity”.
