“I, on behalf of the APC family of Ihitte Uboma welcome our hard working leaders and elders of the party in the state to our land. We have been waiting for such a memorable day and today it here.”

“As our people usually say, you cannot tell a blind person there is no salt in a food – the person will know it through the powers of taste. You can only tell a blind person there is no oil in a food.”

“Today, you can see that APC in Ihitte Uboma is intact. We are one because our symbol is APC. Our pledge is, we shall vote massively for APC at all levels in the next general elections, start with the the presidential and national assembly elections on February 25, 2023”, he stated.

The APC candidate for House of Assembly, who is also the present lawmaker representing Ihitte Uboma State Constituency, Hon. Chike Olemgbe, assured that the LGA would deliver APC in 2023 general elections as she had benefitted from the Governor Hope Uzodimma led – Shared Prosperity mantra in the state.

In his remarks, the party’s House of Representatives candidate and the serving member representing Ehime, Obowo and Ihitte Uboma otherwise known as Okigwe South Federal Constituency, Hon. It turned out that Deacon Okafor had completed a gigantic school hall and adequately furnished it with modern furniture. Chike equally had fenced the school round. It was a beautiful stopover.

At Otoko, the leaders of the party in Obowo led by the APC LGA acting chair person, Lolo Maltida Iroh, were jubilant and in happy mood.

“The governor is aware we are here to consult with you. To hear from you – how you are doing, how you are working and then put down your challenges and aspirations.

“So far, we have learnt from your leaders some of your collective problems in Okigwe South Federal Constituency in general and Obowo in particular. They included mostly bad roads and lack of empowerment. We shall go back to Owerri to present these problems and I am assuring you he will attend to them.

“And, I encourage you to always be responsible party members. It is meaningless being APC in the day and LP, APGA, or PDP in the night. Such actions are called anti party activities. They are abhorrent behavior which the party frowns at.

In all, be your brothers’ keepers. Encourage and work for one another for the success of APC. The victory of the party is victory for all of us”.
