Idemili South Council Boss Mourns Senator Annie Okonkwo

The Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili South Local Government Area, Hon. (Mrs) Amaka Obi (Iyom Idemili), has expressed grief over the death of business mogul and former Senator of Anambra Central Senatorial District, Chief Annie Okonkwo(Okaka Ojoto).
The Council boss, in a condolence message, commiserated with Okonkwo’s family and the good people of Ojoto over the demise of Senator Annie Okonkwo. She also condoled with Okaka Ojoto’s friends and political associates.
Iyom Idemili said that the death of Okaka Ojoto, who she described as an astute politician, was a great loss to the country.
“My condolences to the family of Senator Annie Okonkwo and the good people of Ojoto.
“Senator Annie left his imprints as an astute politician, businessman and industrialist.
“His death is a great loss not only to the people of Ojoto but to the entire country.”
Hon. Obi prayed God to forgive his sins, accept his soul and console those that he left behind.
