Badagry Local Government Chairman Hosts Newly Deployed Fire Service Boss
The Executive Chairman of Badagry Local Government, Hon. Onilude Olusegun Adeniran, has admonished personnel of the Fire Service to imbibe the culture of professionalism, a high sense of efficiency, and responsibility as well as rededicate themselves to the vision, mission, and core values of the fire service.
The council boss stated this while he received the newly deployed head of Badagry fire service station, CFS Dossa Isaac, who was on a familiarization visit to the council earlier today. Hon. Onilude while welcoming the fire service boss and his contingent to his office commended the fire service for the prompt responses to distress calls and prevention of large scale fire outbreak in the community through their timely responses and interventions.
The fire service boss, CFS Dossa, thanked the council boss for welcoming him and his contingent with open arms and also commended the Onilude led administration for the harmonious relationship that has existed between the agency and council. He seized the opportunity to reiterate that their work encompasses a range of activities that are focused on the safety of lives and properties of inhabitants within their area of coverage in their homes, on the road, and at leisure. He also stated that the agency also embarks on periodic campaigns or awareness on prevention or causes of fire outbreaks and how to reach out to the agency through their toll-free line.
