ACPPN Sympathises With Canadian Government and Diplomatic Community over Fire Outbreak .

Association of Certified Protocol Practitioners in Nigeria , ACPPN , have expressed their deepest sympathy towards Canadian Government and Canadian Commission in Abuja, over the recent fire outbreak.

This followed a sudden fire outbreak that occurred at the Canadian High Commission building, situated at 13010G, Palm Close, Diplomatic Drive, in the Central Business District of FCT Abuja, leaving two dead and two Injured.

The Certified Protocol Practitioners body have shown their concern with the Commission describing the occurrence as unpleasant and unpalatable experience….

In a recent release issued by the association through the PRO, olatutu oladunni, the Hon.President of the Protocol Practitioners , Michael Ikinbor expressed his sadness towards the incident as two lives have been lost and some badly injured with severe burns .

Hon President Michael Ikinbor expressed his deepest sympathy to all members of the diplomatic community, Canadian government and those affected directly and indirectly..He said for the family who lost their dear ones in the process, he pray to GOD Almighty to strengthen their families respectively and restore all they have lost and for those still battling for their lives at the hospital, he wish them all a quick recovery and perfect health.

The ACPPN President assures Canadian High Commission of the association’s full support and to all members of the diplomatic community . He therefore appeal to them to maintain calmness and peace at this trying time

In the meantime , The high commission have announced a temporary suspension of its operations after a section of the commission gutted fire . The announcement entailed that there will be no operations towards the High Commission’s provision of visa and immigration services for persons seeking to visit or emigrate to Canada until further notice.
