Allow Me Say This!

The last words Dr Oby Ezekwesili left with Gov. Soludo before she handed over the report of the Joint Transition Committee which she chaired were, “Chukwuma, in all you do and will be doing in this new task before you, work with people who have your DNA”.
Of course she didn’t mean DNA 🧬 in terms of blood relations or consanguinal ties. But, those who share equal passion for disruptive leadership. As a Leader, in the words of John Maxwell, you are like a woman, if you must tell people that you are then there is problem.
The TC Chairmen of Aguata LGA, Chibueze Ofobuike and Anambra East LGA, Anselm Onuorah, have shown great promise and have made me proud as one who grew from the same leadership nursery bed. Indeed, these two bear a great deal of Soludo’s DNA and can be addressed as very Senior Soludo Apostles. What they have done in few months as governmental heads of their LGs is visible to the Blind and Audible to the deaf.
These two have a well written and documented roadmap of activities deriving from the 3 canons of the Solution government. First, is the Anambra vision 2070 document. Second is the Transition committee report and the last is the People’s manifesto – Soludo’s pact with Ndi Anambra. They have stuck to clinically implementing these policies and programs to the delight of their people.
Their media aides have done fair Justice to projecting these. However, they have done much more than we all have been told. I celebrate these emerging transformational leaders and urge them to do more.
