Feuding Twins, P-Square Put Up Lagos Mansion For Sale

The trouble in the famous twins and music sensation, Peter and Paul Okoye (PSquare) seems to be far from over as reports reaching P.M.EXPRESS suggest that the music stars have put up for sales their multi-million naira mansion, Squareville, inside Omole Estate, Ikeja, Lagos.
It was gathered neighbours were taken aback as they woke Thursday morning to see a “For Sale” sign post hung in front of the magnificent mansion located at Lola Holloway Street inside the estate

The gigantic twin building with a massive swimming pool, underground basement and other exotic features, unconfirmed reports said has been put up for grab at the minimum price of N320 million.

The heavily talented twins and their older brother cum manager, Jude ‘Engees’ Okoye have been at loggerheads over an unexplained circumstance for over a year now leading to the split of the singing duo.
They later reunited and after a couple of months together, they feud reignited and decided to finally end their more than a decade musical odyssey as a group.
While the Omole, Ikeja property has been put up for sale, no one could say what would becoming of their other properties scattered across Lagos and in the United States.
The duo has a N1.5 billion state-of-the-art home in Nigeria’s richest estate, Banana Island, Lagos.

Sources reveal that the new property is estimated to worth about N1.5 billion and is currently occupied by the Okoye twins, their elder brother and manager, Jude as well as their three wives and children.

Banana Island is one of Nigeria’s most affluent neighbourhoods that boasts of unrivalled grandeur and effortless opulence. You have to be insanely rich to rent or buy an apartment in this neighbourhood.

Instead of the bright coloured theme that they chose for the ground floor, the first floor has an assortment of silver coloured artefacts and sculptural pieces.

A peek at the lounge reveals a silver jaguar and silver coloured vases and expensive ornaments.

The kitchen has a dominant white theme with a touch of red on the wall area directly in front of the sink as well as red chairs around a sparkling white table.

The kitchen also has a red vase, red pendant light fittings as well as a 42-inch TV. The flower vase in the kitchen is also a shade of red with its wine colour.

The house also has a large pantry, a swimming pool and a music studio.

Fans have been asking if the feuding brothers will also allow this stately home and their other home in the city of San Francisco, Northern California to go into the property market just to settle their brewing cold war and cut all the ties.
