Niger Delta Stakeholder and President General of Orashi National Congress, Snr. Comrade Amb Emeni Ibe, has felicitated with the Chief of Staff to the Rivers State Governor, Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
