BURUJ VOWS TO SURPASS PAST RECORDS

Apparently determined to build on the successes recorded in the past two years in the course of their trips abroad, the management of Buruj Sports Academy is already putting finishing touches to preparations for their foreign tours in the year 2018 which will take them to Manchester and Spain.
The Ikorodu, Lagos-based academy who are the current champions of English Super Cup which they won in Manchester in 2017 had been playing series of friendly games in order to test the readiness of the players in camp while more warm-up games were still going to be played in the new year to fill the few slots remaining in the process of raising a solid team for the upcoming tournaments.
Travel arrangements and other logistics issues were also being sorted. And hopefully before the end of January, the final list of players is expected to emerge and will be made public by the club.

The MD/CEO of Buruj Sports Academy, Dr. Salaudeen Waheed will soon jet out to Europe to finalise preparations from that end and any player that makes the cut will have a swell time both on and off the playing pitch and many of them will have the opportunity to play their way to stardom.
In 2017, Buruj Sports Academy had participated in the Dubai Super Cup as well as the Manchester Cup and represented Nigeria well in the tournaments. Some of the players were eventually snapped up by foreign clubs and the club also picked the English Super Cup. This time around so much is being expected of the club and they had intensified preparations to live up to the rating and expectations of the people in the tournaments scheduled for United Kingdom and Spain. And Dr. Salaudeen has expressed optimism that the club will achieve more in the year 2018.
