A 40-year old man, Afolabi Lawrence, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly attempting to seduce girl, 14, by fondling her breasts but it backed as the girl resisted the temptation and raised an alarm.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Lawrence, has been arrested and charged for the alleged sexual assault over his conduct against the victim.

The incident happened on 24th August, 2025, at Oyemekun Street, Ogba, Lagos.

According to the Police, the suspect lured the victim into his apartment and engaged her in words of mouth in order to confused her. He allegedly later squeezed her breasts and also touched entire body in order to seduce her.

However, the victim resisted the trap and raised alarm, which attracted the attention of other neighbours including her parents and the matter was reported to the Police in the area.

Thus, the suspect was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the Lagos State Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct.

After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
