Landlady Pours Urine Inside Tenant’s Shop to Eject Her

A 47-year old landlady, Mrs. Korede Ajakaiye has been caught in Lagos after she reportedly poured her stinking urine into her female tenant, Mrs. Adenike Bisuga’s shop in order to eject her.

The incident happened at Ola Street in Itire, Lagos where the suspect resided and the victim, Mrs. Adenike Bisuga rented her shop.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the suspect inherited the house from her late mother and wanted the old tenants to park out so that she will rent the house out to new tenants.
However, she found it difficult to quit Mrs. Bisuga and so she decided to force her to move out using her urine as weapon. The suspect was said to have continued to pour the urine, and whenever the victim came to the shop she will inhale offensive odours and so she decided to investigate. It was gathered that Mrs. Bisuga monitored and eventually trapped her.
The matter was reported to the Police at Itire Division and the suspect was arrested. She was thereafter charged before Isolo Magistrates court for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace.

She pleaded not guilty.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A. Adedayo granted her bail in the sum of N100, 000 with two sureties in like sum.

The prosecutor, Inspector Rita Momah did not object her bail but urged to court to give her such bail condition that will enable her to come to court to face trial in the interest of justice.
The suspect was remanded in prison custody pending when she will perfect her bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 16 April, 2018.
