PANDEF Celebrates Prof Pat Utomi On 70th Birthday

While celebrating the erudite scholar and economist, PANDEF, through the National Chairman, Ambassador Godknows Boladei Igali said, “I do convey my warm felicitations on the auspicious occasion of your 70th Birthday Celebration, which happy event took place on Friday 6th February, 2026”.
