They noted that under her leadership, the APC women’s structure has become more coordinated, vibrant, and effective in advancing the objectives of the Party and the administration, while deepening grassroots engagement nationwide.

The women stakeholders emphasized that their action is not merely symbolic but strategic, reflecting a growing national consensus among APC women that continuity in leadership will consolidate the gains already recorded under Dr. Alile-Idele’s stewardship.

“As women party stakeholders from across the country, we believe strongly that leadership must be sustained where it is delivering results. Dr. Mary Alile-Idele has demonstrated capacity, commitment, and vision, and we are proud to stand firmly behind her,” they stated.

The stakeholders also expressed confidence that the anticipated return of the position to Edo State, under the performing and development-focused leadership of His Excellency, Governor Monday Okpebholo, aligns with the Party’s commitment to fairness, balance, and inclusivity within its national leadership structure.

They further reaffirmed their readiness to continue mobilizing women across the federation to strengthen the APC, deepen grassroots participation, and ensure greater inclusion of women in the Party’s activities and leadership processes.

Beyond the internal leadership process, the women stakeholders reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to the propagation of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting that the administration’s policies and reforms are laying the foundation for sustainable national development, economic recovery, and inclusive governance.
