Ambassador Emeni Ibe Sends Birthday Felicitation To HRH Bright Abali

Ambassador Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress (ONC), has extended birthday felicitations to His Royal Highness Bright Abali, Ochi-Ohna of Ohiauga Community and Chairman of the Ogba Community Traditional Rulers Forum.
