Dr Uche Ogah Condoles Families Of The Victims Of Pipeline Fire Outbreak

 The MD/CEO of Masters Energy and the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Abia State, Dr Uche Sampson Ogah, has condoled with the families of the victims of the pipeline fire outbreak in Umuimo and Umuadaruru in Osisioma, Abia State.

In a statement made available to newsmen, Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah said that he was pained by that awful incident and commiserated with the families of the victims of the inferno.

In his words, “The early hours of Friday 12th of October, 2018, were tragic hours in the annals of our state history. Over 70 of our brothers and sisters were lost in a disastrous pipeline fire outbreak at Umuimo and Umuadaruru, in Osisioma. It was indeed an incident that breaks the heart.

“For me, that was unfortunate and a heart breaking event that was quite regrettable. I feel the pain of every family affected and I pray for the families affected that God will give them the fortitude to bear the loss”

In addition to that, Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah used the medium to request all the agencies of government involved in the management of disasters in Nigeria to speed up their responses and ensure that survivors are given adequate attention and relief materials provided to their care givers and other families who have been affected. He is asking those with shared responsibility to cater for these victims and others affected to move quickly.
