A married man, one Emmanuel Ekeocha, has been arrested in Lagos after he forcefully engaged his neighbour’s 14-year old boy in anal sex.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Ekeocha confessed that despite the fact that he was married and had children, he does not enjoy sex with women including his wife.
The 36-year old suspect was arrested by the police at Ikotun Division after he lured the 14-year old victim into his apartment and defiled him.
He was said to have robbed cream on his joystick, removed the boy’s clothes, forcefully penetrated his anus and injured him.

The incident happened at Feyintola Street in Ikotun area of Lagos where they reside.

The victim sustained injury on the anus and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for treatment while the matter was reported to the police at Ikotun Division. The suspect, Ekeocha, was arrested and the matter was transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command, Ikeja, Lagos.
During interrogation, he admitted that he was tempted to do so in order to satisfy his sexual desire. The police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates court for rape by forcefully penetrating the victim through his anus.
The prosecutor, Inspector Christopher John, informed the court that the defendant lured the victim and sexually assaulted him.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, did not take his plea and ordered that Ekeocha be remanded in prison custody without an option of bail. The court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to DPP for advice.
It was gathered that the matter will be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds him culpable because it was a case of rape despite the fact that the victim was an under aged boy.
The matter was adjourned till 12th November, 2018, for the report of DPP to be available.
