A 38-year old and father of four children, Sola Ewulo, has been arrested by the police for engaging his neighbour’s 2-year old baby into sex in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Taiwo Street in Agbado Ijaiye area of Lagos where they reside.

The victim was said to have been defiled after the mother left the baby in the care of Ewulo who is a commercial driver and dashed to the nearby market to buy some beverages. She had thought that since the suspect had his own daughters and the eldest was up to 16, the little girl would be safe from abuse.
However, the mother was wrong as the suspect removed the girl’s pant and forced his manhood into her private part and injured her.

This was confirmed by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Imohimi Edgal, who paraded him along with other suspects in Lagos.
The police boss said that on October 24, 2018, the suspect was arrested over the assault on the 2-year old victim following the report of the abuse.
He said the mother left the victim in the suspect’s care and dashed to the market to buy some things. Edgal said that when the mother eventually returned after some minutes, she did not find her daughter or the suspect he left her daughter in his care before going to the market. He said when the girl was later found on the corridor of their house; the little girl was scratching her private part and was in pains. The mother checked her private part and discovered that whitish substance was dripping out from her private part and she raised alarm. She asked the 2-year old victim who did it and she mentioned Emulo.
The matter was reported to the police; the suspect was arrested and detained at the Gender Section of the Command while the doctor’s report was being awaited.
CP Edgal said that the suspect will be charged to court after the conclusion of investigations.
The suspect said that he was married but he was not living with his wife who had four children for him.
