Nigeria Will Get World Attention Soon – Tandon

The immediate past President of Rotary Club of Lagos Island, General Secretary of the Indian Cultural Association and the Vice President, Kewalram Chanrai Group, Rotarian Sanjeev Tandon, has predicted that in a few years time that Nigeria will get world attention.
In a chat with P.M.EXPRESS, the man under whose astute and resourceful leadership, the Rotary Club of Lagos Island became the first Mega Rotary Club in District 9110 (first club with more than 100 members in the district comprising over 100 clubs in Lagos and Ogun States); largest Rotary Club in Africa; and the largest Rotary Club with female members in the world, predicted that not minding the present situation of things in Nigeria that the country has the potentials to attract world attention with positive strides in different sectors.
Rotarian Tandon explained that so much has changed since he came to Nigeria about twenty years ago and he is of the strong belief that in the next few years that Nigeria will get it right and attract greater foreign attention. He said that Nigeria has got enormous human and mineral resources and with proper channeling of these resources the world will come to Nigeria. Sanjeev explained that the Indian Community has remained one of Nigeria’s biggest trade partners because of their strong belief in the Nigerian economy with many Indians firm investing in different sectors.
He said that the leadership should endeavour to invest more on the youths as they represent the future of the country.
